Nan Watson (American, 1876-1966) Tulips Signed "Nan Watson" l. r., titled and inscribed in pencil on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 18 x 18 in., framed. Condition: Minor surface grime. N.B. Watson held one-woman shows at Kraushaar Galleries, New York, in the 1930s. She was the wife of Forbes Watson (1879-1960), who was a newspaper art critic for the New York Evening Post and the New York World , among others, from 1911 to 1933.
