Jacobeathan Carved Golden Oak Sideboard, late 19th century, rectangular with canted corners, top edge carved with ovolo and running leaf edging, two large cupboard doors with wrought iron hinges, carved to panels with stylized shield flanked by griffin scrolls, sides with panels of profile bust, scroll, and linenfold, base with two drawers, and open shelf raised on two cup and cover-form balusters and flattened leaf-carved ball feet, ht. 46 5/8, wd. 80, dp. 22 in. In very good condition throughout. The base moulding on the right side needs reattaching.
