Francisco de Goya (Spanish, 1746-1828) Disparate Conodido (Que Guerrero! ) from LOS PROVERBIOS, first edition as published in L'Art, 1877 (Harris, 266). Identified within the plate. Etching and aquatint on paper, plate size approximately 9 1/2 x 13 1/4 in. (24.0 x 33.5 cm), framed. Condition: Toning, not examined out of frame. Out of the frame the sheet measures 11 1/4 x 15 1/4 inches and is laid paper. There is uneven prevalent toning to both recto and verso, plus water staining along the lower edge. There are small pieces of white cloth tape at the corners and along the upper and lower edges.
