Three Pairs of Diamond Jubilee Commemorative Brass Candlesticks, James Clews and Sons of Manilla Works, Birmingham, England, c. 1897, the push-up candlesticks with diamond-faceted knop and cut-corner square bases were designed to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria, in three sizes, each size impressed on the base, "THE QUEEN OF DIAMONDS, THE KING OF DIAMONDS," and "THE ACE OF DIAMONDS," 11 1/2, 12 1/2, 14 in. One "KING" stick lacking push-up mechanism.
