Albumen print, 7 7/8 x 6 in. (20.0 x 15.2 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Unobtrusive toning and fading, minor soiling, staining to the reverse of the mount. N.B. William Pitt Fessenden (1806-1869) was the 26th United States Secretary of the Treasury, under Abraham Lincoln.
