Blue-gray-painted Six-board Chest, probably New York State, late 18th century, the hinged lift top opens to a well with till, above a dovetailed case lettered in white "Mary Oosterhaut," with applied molded lower edge, original surface, (imperfections), ht. 15, wd. 35, dp. 14 in. lid with replaced front lip, renailing to side cleats, full length crack in top with wooden brace to underside.
