Eight Assorted Brass Candlesticks, six (three near pairs), Spain, 17th century, capstan-type candlesticks, and near pair of push-up candlesticks on octagonal domed bases, (minor imperfections), ht. 4-7 in. Provenance: The two largest capstan-type candlesticks were from the collection of Roger Bacon, sold at Skinner, and retain their auction stickers on the bottoms. Capstan sticks with minor wear (dents, corrosion,) associated with age and use; the push-ups have worn through (holes) in a few spots on the bases.
