Brass-bound Burlwood Tantalus, c. 1900, the lid with B. F. monogram, the fitted velvet-lined interior with three cut glass decanters and six slots for cordials, with three etched and gilded cups, closed dimensions, ht. 9 7/8, wd. 12 1/2, dp. 8 1/2 in. Popping to inlaid monogram. Lid with lengthwise crack. Cracks to veneer on sides of base. Two decanters with checks to rims.
