Meissen Porcelain Provender for the Monastery Double Scent Bottle, the monk carrying a basket of eggs and a dead goose, with a woman concealed in the bushel of wheat strapped to his back, with blue crossed swords mark, ht. 3 3/8 in. Head stopper is likely a replacement, as a section of wheat sheaves was broken to accommodate it. There is possible inpainting to wheat as well. Lacking handle to basket. Old repair to stopper topped by bee has come unglued.
