Small Mahogany Whale-End Shelf, America, 19th century, with three shelves, the lowest shelf with dovetail construction, (imperfections), ht. 20 1/2, wd. 20 5/8, dp. 7 1/8 in. The top shelf has nails lifting where joined to side with associated slivers of wood missing, middle shelf craked acrosswith nail popping up on underside, dovetailing has been reinforced with glue, two patch repairs on edge facing wall from previos mounting.
