(Continental Congress), Telfair, Edward (c. 1735-1807), Signed document, October 30, 1793, one page, to Benjamin Kitchen, a fee simple grant of 1,000 acres, with a surveyor's report and map and large paper covered wax seal depicting the seal of the state of Georgia, folio, (old tape repairs on reverse and scattered browning). Note: Edward Telfair was a member of Continental Congress, 1777-1785. A signer of the Articles of Confederation, he was also Governor of Georgia from 1790-1793.
