Federal Inlaid Mahogany Tall Clock attributed to John Bailey, Hanover, Massachusetts, c. 1810, the pierced fret top case with free standing reeded columns flanking the 12-in. painted iron dial with "Osborn" false plate, Roman numerals, second's bit and moon's age dial in the arch, inlaid rectangular waist door flanked by reeded columns and base section with bracket feet, eight-day time and strike skeletonized movement with two iron weights and brass faced pendulum, ht. 90 in. Losses to original fret work, losses on moon's age dial paint, base section with vertical shrinkage crack and slightly shorten feet ,painted dial is undisturbed, retains period weights and pendulum.
