Dovetailed Camphorwood Sea Chest, possibly China, early 19th century, of typical form with molded top, canted sides and painted becket handles, (imperfections), ht. 17 1/2, wd. at bottom 36 1/4, dp. 18 1/2 in. signs of hard use - loss at upper right corner of back at dovetail, cracks and patching to base, fittings to interior gone.
