Mustard-painted Tin Chamberlain Patent Lard Oil Lamp, America, c. 1854, the lamp with adjustable drum-shaped font which can be rotated to bring the fuel to the dual flat wicks, supported on a weighted square base, with removable pierced hanging strap at the back supporting a round radiating embossed reflector, (base dent, paint losses), overall ht. 12 1/2, wd. 5 3/4 in. 1 1/2 in. lg. dent on side of base edge.
