Frances Stebbins Allen (American, 1854-1941) and Mary Electra Allen, called The Allen Sisters Lot of Two Panoramas: Running Water Ranch Brewster, Co. and Rock Bluffs Head of Monroe Creek. Unsigned, both titled on the reverse. Platinum prints, image sizes 3 1/4 x 11 3/8 in. (8.2 x 28.8 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Nicks and creases to edges, toning to edges, crease to Ranch near left edge. Provenance: From the collection of Austin Lamont, by family descent. Both have overall toning plus more extensive toning and wear along the left and right sides. Running has a 3/8 inch band of wear, creasing and discoloration to the left side; a 1/2 inch tear and similar sized area of retouching along the right. Rock Has less obtrusive wear and toning to both sides areas.
