Regency Mahogany and Inlay Shaving Mirror, early 19th century, rectangular mirror with gently arched top, on bamboo-turned uprights, the base with geometric line inlay to the central long and two short drawers, on bone or ivory ball feet, ht. approx. 20, wd. 20 1/2, dp. 8 5/8 in. wood loss to area around join of right upright to body; join of upright at left side weak. some shrinkage cracks and rippling/lifting of veneer. lacking pull to one drawer. small chips to feet. craquelure to silvering of mirror. needs regluing/assembling.
