Large German Goldwashed Silver Plate-mounted Colorless Glass Presentation Vase, c. 1933, unmarked, the colorless glass urn-form body cut with vertical panels and flutes, mounted at waist with pierced silver plate band of cornucopia scrolls, husks, and laurel, with short, angular handles with reeded vertical bands joining to the trumpet foot with husk border, square base, body with presentation roundel engraved with German inscription dated 1933, ht. 23 3/8 in. some wear to goldwash. overall minor handling wear, mainly to finish on handles. scattered light surface scratching; glass with a few bubbles in the make.
