After Sir Joshua Reynolds (British, 1723-1792) A Strawberry Girl Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 30 1/4 x 25 in. (76.8 x 63.5 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, retouch, craquelure, re-stretched. N.B. Sir Joshua Reynolds is known to have painted two versions of A Strawberry Girl , identified as "Type A" and "Type B". The present work is modeled after "Type B", located in the Wallace Collection, London. Several copies of "Type B" after Reynolds or after his studio, are known to exist.
