Coin Silver Presentation Pitcher, Ebenezer Knowlton Lakeman, Salem, Massachusetts, second quarter 19th century, pear-shaped form with applied scroll handle, and round molded base, with repousse floral wreath below the spout with engraved presentation "Presented by the pupils if the North Phillips School to Mr. C.M. Cumston their faithful Teacher as a small token of their respect and gratitude, "Sept. 22 1848.," maker's mark on base, (light scratches), ht. 19 3/4 in., approx. 19 troy oz.
