Wood Dressing Box, China, 19th/20th century, rectangular, the front opens to four drawers and two compartments, the hinged top lifts up to a mirror, inlaid with mother-of-pearl depicting vases of peonies and foliate tendrils, the top similarly decorated and with the Three Star Gods in a floral roundel, brass handles on either side, 8 x 10 1/4 x 14 in. loss of inlays, minor chips, age crack on base
