Danish sterling silver compote bowl, designedby Johan Rohde with mark of Georg Jensen, Copenhagen, Denmark, circa 1927. Sterling silver deep welled basin raised on an oval base below berry stems and leaves supporting a circular bowl with flaring rim. Marked on bottom for sterling, Georg Jensen and "COPENHAGEN" with "6". Height 5.1", diameter of bowl 6.25". Total weight approximately 12.1 troy ounces.
