Chinoiserie Pagoda-form Bronze Clock, Paris, France, 19th century, the tent top with turned finial suspending four bells, over reticulated frieze and gargoyles to corners, above four columns and case decorated with strapwork, on four elephant-form feet, the dial inset with enameled Roman numerals and with dragon-form hands, movement stamped "X. Humbert Paris," and numbered "3310," with key, ht. 17 1/2 in. Not guaranteed to be in running order. One internal strut removed but present. Second hand broken. Face slightly rotated. Some patination and darkening to bronze.
