Two Chun Jars, China, one a well-potted globular form, the wide mouth with brown glazed everted rim, the glazed base with a thin brownish washed rectangle bearing an inscription surrounded with spur marks, dia. 4 3/4, other ovoid body covered in a magenta glaze with light raspberry splashes draining to a pale blue tone at base, thin brown wash on base, ht. 4 1/2 in. In good condition.
