Anton Schutz (German/American, 1894-1977) Bank of Manhattan Trust Company Building. Signed "A. Schutz" in pencil l.r., dedicated "...for Robert F. Herrick...1930" in pencil l.l., identified on a label from Kennedy & Co., New York, affixed to the backing. Etching on paper, plate size 13 7/8 x 9 7/8 in. (35.1 x 25.0 cm), framed. Condition: Unobtrusive toning and rippling, not examined out of frame.
