Brass Marine Stick Barometer, Lisbon, Portugal, late 19th century, weighted stem with engraved steel face supported by gimbal ring and bulkhead mounting, face signed "J. J.B.L.M, 16 a 22, R. N. Desterro, Lisbon," ht. 37 1/4 in. Has not worked for some time. Air bubbles in the mercury tube. Some corrosion to tube components. Brass case in good condition.
