Mochaware Pottery Mug, Britain, 19th century, quart mug decorated with blue, ochre, and dark brown bands, the handle with leaf terminals, ht. 5 5/8 in. Provenance: Purchased from William Lewan Antiques, Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire. This was the first piece of mocha we bought from Bill. He kidded us by saying "if you only buy perfect mocha, you're going to have a very small collection." And he was right. Good condition.
