Sheet Copper Silhouette Plow Weathervane, America, late 19th/early 20th century, cutout plow mounted on a copper rod with iron bar reinforcement, verdigris surface, with a metal wall mount, (joinery separation on one handle, loss to shaft), ht. 15 1/2, lg. 33 in. Provenance: Bought from Bob Foley at Brimfield, Massachusetts. The solder has come undone on the jagged handle piece, the lower plow portion is loose because of teh loss on the shaft, one end of one of the iron bar supports is loose from the rivet.
