Turned Roundabout Chair, New England, late 18th century, the curved back and molded backrest with circular handholds above vase- and ring-turned supports continuing to turned legs joined by turned front double stretchers and swelled rear double stretchers, old dark varnished surface, (repairs), ht. 30, seat ht. 18 3/4 in. old repairs at middle of back just above the turned support, arm broken and repaired near left handhold, repair on left arm support near where it joins the seat.
