Federal Mahogany Veneer Glazed Desk/Bookcase, probably Massachusetts, c. 1810, the top section with shaped gallery joining square plinths with brass ball finials, above two hinged doors opening to an interior of two shelves, three drawers, and seven valanced compartments, on the projecting case with fold-out writing surface and four graduated cockbeaded drawers, on slightly flaring French feet, old replaced brasses, refinished, (minor imperfections), ht. 75, wd. 42, dp. 20 3/4 in. minor veneer cracking.
