Nicholas Mukomberanwa (Zimbabwean, 1940-2002) Mother and Child Incised "N. V.M." in the stone at the back lower edge. Carved and polished stone, 44 1/2 x 12 x 8 in. (11.8 x 30.5 x 20.3 cm), on a carved wooden plinth. Condition: Scattered minor scratches to surface, dust and dirt to interstices.
