Seven-panel Inlaid Wood Throne Screen, China, 19th century or earlier, each panel carved with chilong amidst ruyi -clouds and reserves of inlaid flowers, reverse carved with scrollwork and auspicious emblems, the pierced tops with inlaid reserves surrounded by carving of pine trees, the sides with similar openwork flanges of pine motif, all set on a three-piece base carved with auspicious fruit, objects, and characters, 11 x 7 3/4 ft.
