Four Civil War-era Knapsacks, c. mid to late 19th century, three double-bag Model 1853/55 knapsacks with painted canvas bodies and leather straps, and a militia-style box knapsack of black-painted cloth, a wooden internal frame, and leather straps, outer flap has a large white-painted 9 , and on the right side B/25 . Provenance: From the collection of the late Peter F. Frazier and M. Prudence Fleck.
