Paul Cézanne (French, 1839-1906) Les baigneurs - petite planche , alternatively titled Les Petits Baigneurs , 1897, second state of two (Venturi, 1156; Cherpin, 6). Unsigned. Color lithograph on chine volant, image size 9 3/8 x 11 1/2 in. (23.6 x 29.1 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1/2 inch with deckled edges, foxing (primarily to margins and verso), thinned spots to verso at corners and to lower margin, registration pinholes, pencil annotations to verso. Provenance: Purchased from E. Weyhe Booksellers, New York, 1926; private Rhode Island collection.
