Six American Sterling Silver Yachting Trophies, three from the American Yacht Club: a Gorham circular dish with a beaded rim and reticulated sides, on three ball feet and engraved, "American/Yacht Club/Aug. 31-1904/Second Prize/won by/Chickadee," dia. 3 1/4; a Black, Starr & Frost silver-mounted colorless glass flask with engraved inscription, "American Yacht Club/ Sept. 23, 1905/ First Prize/ Won by/ Tartan," ht. 7 1/2, and an etched colorless glass jam pot with silver cover engraved, "American Yacht Club 3 July 1920/ First Prize Won by Amoret," ht. 4 5/8; two from Manhasset Bay Yacht Club: an International oblong dish with beaded rim, club insignia with enameled burgee, and engraved inscription, "Manhasset Bay Yacht Club/ June 13-1908 Annual Regatta/ Special Handicap Class/ Won by/ Jolly Tar," lg. 6 3/4; and a circular pierced and footed bowl engraved,"Manhasset Bay Yacht Club Captain's Island Race 1924/ Third Prize Won by Rufus Smith," dia. 6; and a Gorham sauce boat with gadrooned rims, probably from Atlantic Yacht Club, engraved, "AYC/ June 1899/ Won by/ Eidolon," ht. 4 1/8 in.; approx. 20.2 troy oz. weighable silver.
