Continental Officer's Sword, c. 19th century, steel hilt with pierced designs, bird pommel, and caged grip with a soldier inside, langet has a double-headed eagle, steel blade marked Fecit/Joseph/Kraft , and other engraved designs, with a steel scabbard, blade lg. 36, overall lg. 42 in. Provenance: Sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Fort Ticonderoga Museum.
