Six Assorted Wedgwood & Bentley Portrait Medallions, England, c. 1779, each oval, a solid blue with darker blue dip of William Willet, the Unitarian minister at Newcastle-under-Lyme who married Catherine Wedgwood in 1761, (back edge nick), 1 x 1 1/4 in.; two laminated with slate blue, white and dark blue surface of Voltaire, (edge chips), 3/4 x 7/8 in.; a laminated with slate blue, white and dark blue surface of a classical George Washington, (edge chip), 7/8 x 1 in.; a laminated solid blue and pale blue of Charlotte Sophia, (edge chips), 1 1/4 x 1 1/2 in.; and a niccola intaglio with blue dipped surface to a black basalt body, number 356, 3/4 x 1 in.; impressed marks.
