Maitland-Smith (American, founded 1985), contemporary. Mahogany serpentine turtle top game table with inset brass handles on checkerboard or chess top with leather backgammon board on underside, inset hand tooled and gilt leather panels throughout, banded details on apron with two pull out drawers, faux drawer fronts on sides, floral gilt metal mounts on blocks above four tapered legs terminating on spade feet. Marked on underside of table with label from Maitland-Smith. Overall approximate height 30.25", diameter 35".
