Peachbloom-glazed Water Coupe, China, possibly 18th century, hemispherical form with domed shoulder, a short waisted neck, and rolled rim, resting on a wide flat base, decorated in underglaze with three roundels of archaic chilong scrolls, the glaze mixed with spotty greenish gray particularly near the bottom, six-character Kangxi mark on white-glazed base, ht. 3 3/8, dia. 4 7/8 in.
