Two Koro Censers, Japan, 20th century, one cloisonne, tripod, tubular form with two shishi -shaped handles, decorated with figures in two lobed panels over a ground with floral and foliate scroll design, the cover with openwork design with a shishi knob, "made in Japan" mark on base, ht. 17 3/4; and a bronze, globular, tripod form with two inverted U-shaped handles, decorated with lion masks in bas relief, lion head feet, and a standing qilin as the knob (now broken and detached), the cover with openwork cloud design, "Dai Nippon Kyoto" mark to base, ht. 14 1/2 in.
