Paint-decorated Pine Trinket Box, Jacob Weber (Fivepointville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, 1772-1865), the rectangular box with sliding lid painted blue, the lid initialed in red script with the initials "LW" and decorated with a yellow tulip, the long sides painted with yellow flowers with red, white, and green leaves and stems, the front panel showing a three-story red-roofed house on green and yellow yard, (minor structural restoration), ht. 2 3/4, wd. 5 1/2, dp. 3 1/4 in. Note: One of six known Weber boxes with sliding lids.
