Stetson" l.l., inscribed and dated "Pasadena 190..." l.r., with a label from Crowell's Art Store, New Bedford, Massachusetts, on the back of the frame. Oil on canvas mounted to cradled Masonite panel, 14 x 17 in., framed. Condition: Paint losses, craquelure with areas of flaking, surface grime. Provenance: By descent in the Ricketson family, Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
