Samantha Littlefield Huntley (American, 1865-1949) Vierge, l'Enfant, et St. Jean, after Botticelli Inscribed "Copy after Botticelli/by S.L. Huntley" on the reverse, inscribed "Huntley' on the stretcher, identified on a handwritten label on the frame. Oil on canvas, 37 x 27 1/2 in. (93.5 x 70.0 cm), framed. Condition: Craquelure, minor abrasions, surface grime. N.B. The Botticelli painting is titled in English Madonna and Child with the Infant Saint John the Baptist .
