Folio, contemporary dark green morocco, gilt with Greek key roll and repeated foliate designs, inset red and green centerpiece bearing the initials "IHS," stamped in gilt "The Gift of the Vestry of the Parish of St. George, Hanover Square, To Lord Viscount Bulkeley, Church Warden. 1791-1792," design repeated on back board, marbled endpapers, gilt turn-ins, blue silk page markers. Offsetting from title page; bookplate of Bulkeley to front pastedown.
