First few leaves starting; boards soiled. [Together with:] Amsterdam: Danielis Elzevirii, 1665. 16mo, contemporary calf, engraved title page. Front board and f.f.e.p. detached; spine cracked and chipped; manuscript notations to endpapers; otherwise good.
