Early 20th-Century Hand-Painted Satinwood Ladies Adams Style Desk. The upper desktop features two hand-painted panels of child frolicking and one playing with ribbon above six locking doors and four pull drawers. Two side doors lift to show letter compartments which contain hidden releases that enable the entire side to swing open and to reveal small hidden safety compartments. The lower surface has four pull side doors and one center pull drawer. The entire surface decoration of the desk is connected with floral sprays and swags of flowers and intertwined handpainted leaf trim. Very good condition. We Will Not Ship Nor Pack This Item.
