American, 20th century. A pair of garden urns (or planters) after 19th century Venetian design, composed of cast stone, rim with low-relief grape leaf patterning, body with high-relief grape vines, leaves and hanging grape motif and gadrooning, footed base with plinth. Overall approximate height 35.5", diameter of bowl 23". Note: Cast stone is naturally porous and promotes healthy plant growth, over time it will mature and develop color variations.
