All 40 acres of plots, part of the Russell & Mather edition were sold on the day of the auction for $80,000. (Wendt, 1986, p.164) Creased in thirds with some browning at meeting of folds; brownspotting to upper left corner; otherwise fine. 18 x 17 1/2 inches.
