Late 19th/Early 20th century. Front of chest with eighteen carved panels of figural, animal, plant, and abstract decoration--accented by metal dart form embellishments. Four middle panels with metal hardware open to reveal storage within. Top with four shorter rectangular carved wood forms, presumably missing original top. Storage chest raised on four rectangular carved legs. Height 39.5 inches, width 51 inches, depth 25.5 inches. Provenance: Acquired from Luciano Antiques, Carmel, California by a private collector in currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
