A document signed by William Foye, November 12, 1739. Foye was Treasurer and Receiver General of Massachusetts Bay Colony. He orders the Collector of the Town of Middelton to collect taxes for the Colony with considerable detail as to how it should be done. Headed by woodcut of the Royal Seal of George II.
