late 19th/early 20th century, of baluster form, decorated with two dragons amid large white flowers, all painted upon a turquoise blue ground, bordered at the foot and shoulder with narrow bands of reserves of flowers and birds set upon a yellow ground with flowers and scrolling tendrils, surmounted by a dome shaped cover with flanged lid and knop finial. Height with cover 25 inches.
